Honduras: Infrastructure Transparency Index Report 2021
Results of the 2021 implementation in Honduras of CoST's Infrastructure Transparency Index (ITI).
The ITI establishes a methodology for calculating a score for procuring entities assessed in a national or subnational context. The individual scores are used to generate an index that compares the assessed procuring entities. It is based on enabling conditions for strengthening transparency in the sector plus transparency-related practices applied to recently completed infrastructure projects.
